Athletic Development Program

This program aims to improve:

    • The coordination
    • Agility
    • Balance
    • Speed of the players

Our Program based on the football actions required during the game, so our players can run faster, change directions quicker, jump higher, have more balance when protecting the ball, execute stronger passes and, kick the ball with more power among many other aims
All the physical objectives have been formulated using the main topic of our football program, so the players can transfer that practice straight away.
